IT Bus. Dev. Consultant
- Minimum five years experience after college
- Track record of successful sales experiences with at least two different companies
- Phone and referral skills (should be able to role play last job and also list out local networking events they regularly attend)
- Relevant IT and outsourcing experience
- Relevant manufacturing and distribution experience
- Experience selling to owners, controllers, CFOs, and IT executives
- Proven, documented ability to meet and exceed quotas
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Talkative, friendly, charming and outgoing
- Able to maintain high energy and enthusiasm
- Does not desire “big company” support or perks
- Generate five (5) new meetings every week
- Conduct 300+ prospecting and research calls per week
- Advise manufacturing and distribution companies how to maximize their investment in their technology, resources and people
- Engage executives on the phone, educate them to the benefits of outsourcing, and build consensus towards outsourcing
- Negotiate and handle objection-response from executives, IT, and finance
- Survey business owners, c-levels and executives and generate interest and action
