Mark Leary is the Founder and CEO of Serenity Systems. Mark founded the company in 2002 at the bottom of the IT economy as an answer to the existing, but failing, IT services model where high costs and low quality were the accepted standard. While Mark’s background is originally technical, he has spent the last several years honing the financial and operational aspects of the company.
Other than business operations, Mark's role is to interact with IT decision makers, business leaders, and executives to understand their needs and connect them with the right solution inside or outside of Serenity's capabilities. Partnering and networking are essential to meeting this need. Typical client contacts are the CFO, CEO, or in larger companies, the IT director or VP of IT.
Prior to founding Serenity Systems, Mark was a co-founder of ESX, Inc. where he built and managed the company’s IT consulting practice.
